Greta Scacchi is an internationally renowned film, theatre and television actress. She trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and has worked extensively in Australia, America and Europe. Theatre includes Easy Virtue (Chichester), Old Times, Midsummer Night's Dream, Miss Julie, Simpatico and more recently Mary Stuart (Ensemble Theatre Sydney), Private Lives (Theatre Royal Bath) directed by Thea Sharrock. Deep Blue Sea (Theatre Royal Bath, tour & West End) directed by Ed Hall Television credits include Michael Bogdanov’s Macbeth, Rasputin with Ian McKellen and Alan Rickman (for which she won an Emmy for Best Supporting Actress) and more recently Miss Austen Regrets, Miss Marple, Daniel Deronda, Jeffery Archer: The Truth and Broken Trail opposite Robert Duvall (AMC America) for which she was nominated a screen actors guild award. Her many film credits include Heat And Dust, White Mischief, Presumed Innocent, The Browning Version, Beyond The Sea and Robert Alcman’s The Player.
